Innovative anti-fog detection scheme
Patented innovative optical solution to avoid fogging in the reflector of traditional water tank. At the same time, the standard laser passes through the sample twice. On top of that, the closed optical path completely avoids environmental light impacting the detection accuracy.
No waterdrop in the vertical position
It is more suitable for the test of anti-fog performance in the wear status of glasses, and the water drops produced by condensation of fog on the lens will not gather. Conventional horizontal lens placement is prone to condensation at light spot. lt causes fluctuation of measurement data, impacting the accuracy of measurement.
Support measurement of optical lens
Low illumination detection+24 bit high resolution+adjustable light receiving target, 3 laser detection technologies. Perfect solution to the problem that raditional fog-proof testers cannot detect diopter lenses.
Non destructive testing
Unique sample jig design provides two options: conventional jig and small-aperture jig. The thread fastening method ensures that the sample is evenly clamped, basically meeting the fxation and sealing of various radians (including cylindrical sample). Small samples such as narow swimming mirrors can be directly clamped and detected without damage
Easy maintenance and cleaning
Layered and independent design further strengthens the airtightness of water tank. Stable air pressure of water tank ensures small fluctuation of water mist. The water tank is completely isolated from the control circuit components to extend the service life of the equipment. Independent and removable water tank, easy forwater body replacement in the later period, overall cleaning to avoid long-term use of bacteria.
Good Insulation to ensure stable water temperature
Energy loss due to thermal conduction in contact with the chassis. It not only saves energy and reduces energy consumption, but also improves the stability of water temperature. The water temperature can be stabilized within + 0.05 ℃ during equipment operation
Non-destructive valves ensure stable operation

Safe ultra-low energy laser light source
Class1 laser light source is used. The danger to the operator is heavily reduced. The light receiving target can be directly observed with naked eyes and the laser position can be adjusted precisely. lt is also safe if the reflected laser from sample irradiates the human eye
