The TWF-5 Electrochromic performance tester (High-low Temperature)is custom-built for testing electrochromic lenses and auto-darkening welding filter lenses. It conforms to GB3609.2-2025, ANSI Z87.1-2025, ISO 16321, EN379 and other standards. Measurements can be carried out without a darkroom required under high and low temperature conditions.
Constant Light Source plus High-Speed & High-Precision Receiver
The matched assembly of refrigerated CLS8 constant light source and high-precision UPD3 collector constitutes the core system for accurate measurement. It is also an ideal setup for microsecond-scale response testing and measurement accuracy with ppm (parts per million) .
Darkroom-Free Operation
In-depth integrated matching of optical design, hardware circuits and software algorithms creates an ultra-low illuminance measurement system. Optimized design drastically suppresses stray light, enabling smooth measurement without a darkroom, which greatly improves operation convenience and working efficiency.
Optimized Measurement Structure
The testing platform supports flexible multi-functional tests on flat and curved samples, including angular dependence, transmittance uniformity, response time, shade number, hold time, auto shade number, etc. Frequent repositioning of samples is avoided to further boost testing convenience and stability.
Streamlined Integration of MWF and TWF
Equipped with a flexible quick-disconnect optical measurement path, the system allows one set of measurement hardware to be shared by different test platforms for better cost efficiency. Testing institutions can select configurations according to actual inspection requirements, realizing full-function and high-low temperature testing at lower overall costs.
